Train Your Brain For Resilience

This Infographic is considered Cognitive Psychology. So many times students think negatively and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. It can hinder their ability in the classroom and from learning Psychology. I use a lot of positive psychology in my classes and I have found it makes a huge difference. When they comment on a classmate’s post, they get points for a positive comment. My goal is that it will change the way they think and what they do in their daily lives. I also use positive reinforcement in the classroom and beyond. This shows he students to start look at the positive first before you look at the negative.
