Since introverts are approximately 1/3 of our population and are often misrepresented as shy, reclusive, non-social, solitary, and withdrawn, there value in society that praises the outgoing extrovert has always been reduced.  This video shows the unseen strengths of introverts and that they can fit in quite well if placed in a job that value and suits their personality.  Far too many times society forces introverts to conform to the extrovert mold, not valuing or devaluing these introspective people.  This video helps shed light on the value of introverts and their potential.
