Slowing down for life

In the 21st century, the fast paced lifestyle most people lead can have a negative effect of their life: from health issues to performance issues at work to personal relationship problems, taking time to “smell the roses” is an important part of life.  Carl Honore’s lecture demonstrates the advantages of taking time to do some things slower, savoring the moments and avoiding the typical rush through life.
